Ms. Yong was frequently involved in special assignments such as due diligence audits for acquisitions and investigative audits for the purpose of submission to the Securities Commission.

Ms. Eileen Lim Ee Ling

Ms. Eileen has more than 15 years of experience in the profession.

Prior to joining Ecovis, she has gained experience in a Big 4 accounting firm where she was involved in audit services for clients covering a wide spectrum of industries, from MNCs to PLCs.

Ms. Eileen is Head of the Technical Department for Ecovis Malaysia. She is responsible for technical updates, training and development, firm quality control and monitoring and ensuring engagements are executed in accordance with the Firm’s methodologies and processes; accounting and auditing standards; and legal and regulatory requirement.

Mr. Ang Heng Ann

Mr Ang has more than 22 years of tax experience in corporate and personal tax compliance and tax consultancy.

During his career, he has dealt with various assignments such as tax planning, tax due diligence, tax advisory, tax incentives, cross-border transactions, tax implications and others.

Mr Ang has handled tax matters relating to corporations of various sizes (i.e., MNCs, listed companies both local and foreign) from a wide range of industries such as construction, property development, hotel, manufacturing, ICT, trading and others.

Mr. Yeoh Chee Seah

Mr. Yeoh founded YCS & Co. in the year 2008. Under his leadership, the firm provides Auditing, Taxation and Business Consultancy. YCS & Co. later joined the family of Ecovis International in January 2019.

With more than 19 years of audit, tax, and advisory experience, Mr. Yeoh has been exposed to a wide range of industries and operation such as manufacturing, trading, service providers, construction, property development and ICT, etc.

He was also involved in corporate advisory and loan restructuring activities.
